Friendly and kind staff made our stay enjoyable.

I was extremely frustrated with the check-in process, as I had to wait while other guests were attended to before me, even though I arrived first. The hassle of paying for a lost key was unnecessary, as I've experienced much smoother service at other hotels. Additionally, being accused of having insects in my luggage was alarming and embarrassing, despite the polite demeanor of the manager during the ordeal.

The Premier Corner Room was spacious and looked pretty modern, which was a nice surprise. The location is awesome—close to markets and 7-11, super convenient! Breakfast was decent, but it could use more options for diverse dietary needs. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Excellent customer service and great location

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. they provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, close to major shopping areas and tasty restaurants. The only downside was the bed being a bit too firm for my preference.

Location is super convenient, close to pratunam market and platinum mall. The suite was fresh and well-equipped, boasting a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and comfy sofa. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the humidity away. Staff were nice, and the tuk-tuk service was helpful for short rides. Great views too!
